I don't have a long list of rules and I'm not creating some elite club. I want to make sure this is a space for any and all who want to wear our crest and tag.

That being said, my only two rules are 1-don't be an asshole, and 2- if someone calls you out on an asshole-ish deed or comment, say sorry in your own way("my bad" works just fine, no need for formalities) and move on. If there's a dispute on the subject, you can always bring your issues to me. I'll handle any discord fairly and without bias.

Now that the serious bit is out of the way, I'd like to introduce the company. We're Elysian Knights, and we're pretty casual. We'd like to set up a raid group, as well, when we have the members for it. We're willing to help with progression and crafting/gathering. We're seeking people who are friendly, helpful, and fun. We(especially me) try not to take the game too seriously, because what we do in our leisure time shouldn't be /work/. We encourage you to do what you enjoy in game, and we won't push you too far from your comfort zone. We want to treat everyone as a friend, instead of just a number. I plan to set up weekly, biweekly, and monthly raffles and events. Our company house is available for rp sessions when you need it, though we'd ask you to keep erp sessions out of common areas. If needed, my personal home is available for rp sessions if you ask. We don't have a specific focus, and instead like to try everything the game has to offer.

Now, we aren't going to say we're drama free and all that good junk; the truth is, no social circle will ever be 100% drama free. And there's no guarantee we're the company for you. That being said, you can bet your bottom I'm not going to stand for people sowing seeds of discord in the company. I take those kinds of things seriously and I remove problems if need be. We do our best to be warm and inviting; if you ever feel left out or still too new, it's okay to bring up common interests in company chat. It exists so that we can be social. With any group of new people coming together, there will be an adjustment period. We all have to get used to each other, and personality conflicts do happen. With that in mind, it's important to simply not be an asshole. That's really all I ask. And if you find you'd like to stay in the company and build with us, a little contribution would be nice(as in helping reach goals we've set; we don't want to take you for your items and gil).

My main goal is to have fun and meet new people. After that, I want to have a group large enough to run duties with. My main responsibility within our company is to help lowbies and new players and to ensure company harmony. I can help you up to level 30, but after that it's up to our co-leader, Holo. I will put up a FAQ thread so that any and all major questions can be answered; things like "how to gain rank" and so on will be located there. Til then, happy playing!
