We feel that we need to be clear about our goals and how we want to do things at TDM:

We are a social Free Company, and because of this our primary goal is to be helpful. I know this sounds like a simple enough task, but this is very important to us. We want to enable our members to accomplish anything they set out to do, be it story content, primals, raids, or crafting/gathering. As your Free Company, we're supposed to support our members and help meet their in game needs. Sometimes this means loaning gil, sometimes it means crafting gear, and sometimes it means running content.

We only want the best people, not necessarily the best players. As long as you want to help and so long as you do your best, we can't really find fault with you. We want those who are friendly and helpful, people we can enjoy spending our leisure time with. What we have to offer doesn't seem like much, but it goes a long way. From level 1 to endgame, we're a FC that will always have your back.

Our motto is "agere sequitur credere", which means Action follows belief. These are the things we believe, and our actions should prove it. :)
